changing places

When ignorance consoles the narrow-minded,
We shall dare to be uncomfortable,
In a place where talking in excess holds the weak dear,
And the summarization your opinion is scrutinized daily,
The power of keeping a clear head will keep you fed,
Feed yourself full of knowledge,
But be careful of half-truths,
For the only way we will understand the truth is
when we hear the cry of our own lives sing true.
Our future is blight [bright?] when I listen to the voices of our youth sing their songs.
