- Lemert's Secondary Deviance and the Shift to Alterity We're going to prepare a brochure for use by community people, teachers, parents on the dangers of "knowing" too much about a child, and labelling in our minds, even if not in our speech. Students welcome to work on project.
- Corporate Globalism and Its Alternatives Review materials on a text I want to consider for Fall 2001. Have up Publisher's review and essay on book. Still need to get up our essay.
- The Arrogance of Puffed Up Bull Froggery Arrogance harms others. As such it is intimidating and intended to be so, and permits denial by the hierarchy. New file that is nowhere near finished.
- Duncan Kennedy's analysis of hierarchy in Kairys' Politics of Law. Pulled an old file to update it.

- Essay on Zelinski's footnote that it is a state interest to prosecute for crime, and the relation here to adversarialism. The cross-over to citizen's arrest caused great concern to Bernard Jefferson and others, and is the basis of Zelinski's concern with over-zealous security guards.
