In your peace and conflict class on Thursday 5-3-01 we did a classroon role-play exercise, that we found quite informative. It involved the whole class input. On how Jean-michel being the problem child in the classroom. Often the teacher, social worker, and the parent had little or no control over him or his behavior. As we (the class) started to put the characters into play, we saw that it was very difficult to come up with a solution to Jean-michel's problems. Most of us assumed that by confronting the problem it would automatically be resolved. But, as we saw in class Jean-michel disruptive behavior did not get resolved. So, our question to you Jeanne, is what do you do when you have no solution? In class we gave up, are should we say that there was no answer to be found.
