These short statements of my perception of your learning are what grew from my review of all the records and our experiences in class. In a cooperative learning world, in which our objective is to help each other gain critical insights, what should matter, instead of "grades" is such a report. Learning that I can tell you I have seen, either directly or through some of your work, and that you can confiirm. That is learning accountability.
As we gain skill at this, a paragraph of recommendation should be your goal for the end of each course, each semester. If you were to realize that this is how I will end the course, and you were to want the best possible recommendation of your learning, we could interactively check our respective records all semester, and the recommendations could be detailed and helpful to all who want to know about your learning.

Created Web page, digitized photos, banners, good job. We have been working on it. I was able to access the site, though it is not yet completed. Much of the creation of this site was done by individual effort - ex. of good motivation to learn. (Web site on xoom)

Word Processing Manual for Word for own use, self-fit, developed for term papers. Also began work on a web page at goplay. The web page was started as a shared project in which the students crossed classes. Creative and appreciated. More evidence of the virtual community which is slowly developing.

Constant contact. Difficulty in writing English as second language. We worked on that; good self motivation. Didn't do Web page. Sought instead ways to practice English on Web. Much reading and getting used to use of Internet.

Created Web page at goplay.com. Creative at handling e-mail when problem. I was not able to access page for several weeks, but not for want of creative trying on both our parts, aided by classmates that, once again, crossed classes. I did finally access the page, but we will need to work on links. Since student has no computer access during summer, we will do this in my office in the Fall.

Designed site for Young Single Adults. Excellent design. Worked with Netscape. Designed several pages, with effective internal and external links. Gained considerable experience of html, starting from Project Cool. Site will be put up on the server of the church group that sponsored the design. Excellent creative work.
