INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOSHOP
Topics cover essential Photoshop tools, channels
and layers, typography,
file formats, color, image enhancements,
photo montage and special effects.
Advanced Photoshop
Use Photoshop skills to learn advanced electronic
photo composite, enhancement and retouching techniques. Through
hands-on computer workshop sessions students will explore
the special effects capabilities of Photoshop for merging
typographic and pictorial elements. Attendees will learn a
variety of visual techniques relevant to both advertising
and editorial illustration and design applications.
Location
All Photoshop classes are offered at California State University,
Dominguez Hills in Carson. Photoshop
classes are convenient for people living and working in or
near Los Angeles, Torrance, Long Beach, Carson, Compton, El
Segundo, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo
Beach, San Pedro, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lakewood, Paramount,
Bellflower, Downey, Inglewood and other parts of the South
Bay and Southern California.
About the Instructor
Chuck Behrman, a Los Angeles based advertising and fine art photographer, has been teaching classes in digital photography, Photoshop and Lightroom in the Los Angeles and Central Coast areas of California since 2004.
