Dominguez Hills Faculty and Staff

Dominguez Hills opened its doors in 1965.  Its 346-acre campus is located in Carson, California and is situated close to many Southern California’s cultural centers, attractions, business, and industrial centers.  It is a contemporary four-year public university, one of the 23 California State University campuses.

Approximately 1,600 employees work on campus.  Dominguez Hills has a very competitive compensation package including salary, health benefits, and generous retirement plans.  During some years, merit pay increases are possible.

The University provides health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.  Employees may invest in tax-sheltered annuities.
