| January 15 | Faculty Affairs (FA) sends PTE Selection Forms to College Deans' offices for distribution to full-time faculty. |

| January 15 - February 22 | Full-time faculty provide course numbers and sections for which they wish to receive PTEs. (1st week through 6th week) |
| February 22 | Faculty responses due in College Deans' offices. (By end of the 6th week) |
| February 25 | Colleges forward PTE Selection Forms to FA. (Beginning of the 7th week) |
| February 25 |
FA staff will notify AIS to load courses on online PTE database to begin selecting early ending courses. (Beginning of the 7th week) |
| March 11 | Pop-up notifications are turned on. (9th week) |
| March 25 April 5 |
Faculty Affairs begins sending email notices to students for regular courses. (12th week) |
| April 15 April 19 |
Reminder emails are sent to students. (14th week) |
| April 29 May 3 |
Reminder emails are sent to students. (16th week) |
| May 10 | Last day to complete online PTEs for regular ending courses. |
| May 31 | Online PTE results are printed and are automatically filed. Copies are provided to college deans and department chairs. |
