Preparation of Working Personnel Action File (WPAF)

Definition of Cycle I through Cycle VI
- Cycle I: Reappointment of tenure-track faculty in first year of service (i.e. appointed mid-year previous academic year).
- Cycle II: Reappointment of tenure-track faculty in second full year of service.
- Cycle III: Reappointment of tenure-track faculty in third year or beyond.
- Cycle IV: Promotion.
- Cycle V: Coaching faculty.
- Cycle VI: Reappointment of full-time lecturers AND first full year tenure-track faculty.

- Notice to Faculty of President's Decision: 02/15/13
