OnlineTV Broadcasts: You must log on to the broadcast at the specific time to interact with the panel. Viewers will need a computer (PC or MAC), at least 64MB RAM (128MB is preferred), Windows 98 or 2000 for Windows or Windows XP (OS 8.1 to 9.x or OS X for MAC), a 56K modem (DSL or a cable moden is preferred), Windows Media Player and Shockwave. Viewers can download all of the software and test their computers by clicking on Online-TV Demo button in the left menu. AOL subscribers cannot use their AOL browser to view the live webcasts. AOL subscribers must minimize their AOL window after they connect to the Internet and use Internet Explorer 6.0 or better to access the live webcast. If you have downloaded Windows Media Player and Shockwave and you still cannot see and hear the live webcast or the archived video the problem may be Real Player and/or Real Jukebox. Real Player and Jukebox block the operation of Windows Media Player. You will have to uninstall Real Player and/or Real Jukebox if you want to see the live webcast or the archived video. If you are watching from school or work you may have to ask your IT Department to open a port in the firewall for you to view the streaming video. If you have a firewall on your computer or if your virus protection software set on high you will have to disable the software while you are viewing the live webcast or the archived video.
