| California State University, Dominguez Hills - Financial Aid Telephone Information System (310) 243-2000 Welcome to Voice Response Financial Aid! You can use the telephone to check the status of you financial aid application or award, to receive general financial aid information and to request deadline information or application materials. It's easy to use the system! You must use a touch-tone telephone. You will be asked to enter your Student ID number, you PIN (Personal Identification Number) and perhaps your birth date. If you enter an invalid date, the system alerts you to the error and prompts you for the correct information. After entering your social security number, if the system asks you for a PIN number, you have been assigned a PIN. If the system asks you for your date of birth, you have not been assigned a PIN. If you have been assigned a PIN, your initial PIN is the same as your birth date in month-, day-, year- order. If you were born on May 1, 1989, you would enter "050189" as your PIN number. You do not need to have a PIN assigned to you to access financial aid information. You will be notified when a PIN has been established for you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
