Audience: TBE 540 students (graduate students, majority are teachers)

 a. Access web pages and navigate
 b. Use search engines to locate specific information
 c. Download graphics from web pages
 d. Match basic HTML tags to corresponding web page display
 e. View the source of any web page

Objectives: After completing this lesson, the learner will be able to...
 a. Edit and create a web page using SimpleText or TextEdit
 b. Demonstrate the use of at least three text sizes
 c. Demonstrate the use of color tags for background, text, links
 d. Demonstrate the placement and resizing of graphics on a web page
 e. Describe three ways to obtain graphics for web pages

7. Review sources of graphics--downloaded from web, conversion of picture to .gif/.jpg using clip2gif and PhotoShop (see also Graphic Hints) (30)
8. Complete Personal Web Page for a Fictional Character (30)
