Canada is an important country because it is one of the largest countries in the world; it has many physical resouces and people from many nationalities; it is also a neighbor of the US with an open, friendly, border. Most Canadians are friendly and open to one another. The people are proud of their cultural hertiage which includes French, British, and other European influences. Canadians are very patriotic. Although, Canada is often compared to the United States they do emphasize that they are not U.S.-type people but are North Americans and share the title "Americans" with the people of the United State.

I think Canada is intresting because when I was a little girl my family and I went to Canada on two occassions and I found it to be very fascinating. I fell over heels in love with their surroundings and I loved the water fall. Therefore, I choose to do Canada to learn a more about their country
