Information Age Family/Household Patterns: globalization of cultures (organized around an increasing interdependent world),creating surface level global unity along with deeper level local diversity of the world's cultures. Increased danger of localized cultural conflicts in post cold War era--as people seek new indentities without sufficenties without suffient recognition of global interdependence needs and dangers of war in a technologiacal age. New non-localized virtual communities also emerging in cyberspace
Information/Data on Malaysia's Family/Household Patterns: agricultural age- they have an extended family and granparents still live with the sons or doughters and his/her family
Conclusions on malaysia (Whether Primarily Agricultural, Industrial, or Information Age Re: Its Family/Household Patterns) : Malaysia has a more agricultural household patterns, however, becouse of their economyic revolution many people are moving to cities to work. Their traditional life style is leading to industrial age family household
