Information/Data on North Korea Economic System: The system depended on mining, industries requiring heavy capital investement, utilities, public services, banks, Tourism industry.
Conclusions on North Korea is Primarily Industrial Age: It appeared for a time that North Korea could not remian immune indefinitely to the fallout from the political and econonic collapse of communist regimes as well as to the ris oof South Korea as an economic powerhouse. Eventually, the sever economic difficulties and adverse changes in the international environment will become serious enough to compel the North Korea leadership to introduces some changes in the economic institutions.
