Conclusions on Russia (Whether Primarily Agricultural, Industrial, or Information Age Re: the Age Distribution of Its Population)
Just recently the life expectency of the Russian people has begun
to decline. There are several factors at play in this problem. One
of the most dramatic is the increase in violent crime in Russia. The
other major factors can be tied to enviromental pollution, alcohol
and drug abuse. The alcohol and drug abuse can be linked to the
rough economic times in Russia. On the spectrum of ages I would
place Russia in the agricultural age.
