The IT Help Desk is the single point of contact for computer and network assistance both on and off campus. We provide a wide range of services for both CSUDH faculty and staff.  Requests made through the IT Help Desk are scheduled, tracked and reviewed centrally.

 

 

 

Our Office Hours:

  • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday

  • Saturday & Sunday  Closed (but e-mails and voicemails will be responded to next business day)
