The IT Help Desk is the single point of contact for computer hardware, software and network assistance both on and off campus. We provide technical support to faculty, staff and students, including support for email, wireless internet access, computer hardware and software, network, and password assistance. Requests made through the IT Help Desk are scheduled, tracked and reviewed centrally.

Blackboard Helpdesk
Blackboard Services provides support to CSUDH faculty, staff, and students who use Blackboard.
