Award Criteria:

REQUIRED

Nominee must be either a full or part-time faculty member in the CSUDH, School of Nursing

REQUIRED

Nominee must have 3 years of full or part-time teaching service with the CSUDH Nursing program

REQUIRED

Nominee must have received high “perceived teaching evaluations” (PTEs) as reported by students

REQUIRED

Nominee must be recommendation by a CSUDH colleague and/or a past or current CSUDH Nursing Student
