MEPN Workshop
I would like to invite you to a special workshop which will provide an opportunity for you to learn more about the program and help you with the admission process.
The CSU Dominguez Hills School of Nursing MEPN Workshop is designed specifically for potential applicants who are interested in becoming registered nurses. The purpose of the MEPN Workshop is to:
1. Give a detailed description of the Master’s Entry-level Professional Nursing Program with the Clinical Nurse Leader role option.
2. Describe the components of the admission process: the application, transcript evaluation, creation of a professional portfolio, faculty/student interview, and orientation program for admission.
3. Evaluate each potential applicant’s academic transcripts to determine initial eligibility for admission to the MEPN Program.
4. Engage in interactive discussion with the faculty and other potential applicants.
5. Discuss next steps for formal admission and matriculation into the MEPN program.The MEPN Workshops will be held on the CSUDH campus in Welch Hall on Fridays from 8:30-12 noon:

If you wish to be considered for admission, you must attend a workshop. We will try to accommodate you on the date you select, but please know that space is limited, so you should register for the workshop as soon as you receive this letter. You will need to submit official copies of all your transcripts 2 weeks prior to your workshop date in order for the faculty for review and to determine your eligibility.
The registration form for the MEPN Workshop is included with this letter. The fee for the workshop is $50.00. Please complete the registration form and send it with your check payable to CSUDH Foundation to the attention of Mr. Escamilla at:
