Evidence of upcoming graduation

Student must submit a copy of their completed grad check

Evidence of GPA of 3.5 or greater

Student must submit  a current copy of their un-official academic transcript

Student Essay

Submit a one to two page essay describing how your MSN degree will enhance your personal growth, your practice, and the profession of nursing.

 Submit all documents via
US Mail.  Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.  Dates will be checked by postmark
