All utilities (electricity, gas, and water) and basic cable television
service are included in the rental fees. Please be aware, however, that telephone
service is not included. Each resident is responsible for getting his
or her own telephone connected.
Note: In the table below, double refers to two persons per bedroom and
single to one person per bedroom. Up to five (5) people may be assigned
to a three-bedroom apartment, combining single and double occupancy.
The
amounts listed are per person.

A refundable $300 Security Deposit is also due before the start of occupancy.
After you have submitted a Housing application, you will be contacted
and asked to pay the deposit and choose a payment plan.
Cancellation
& Refund Policy
Cancellations
and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations
must be in writing and received by our office.

The Security Deposit is refundable as follows:
a. If you are denied admission to the University.
b. If we are unable to assign you to a space. Your deposit will be forfeited
if your written cancellation is not received prior to a space being
offered.
- Rent
payments are refundable as follows:
a. If you are denied admission to the University.
b. If we receive your written cancellation PRIOR to the official check-in
date for the semester you are applying.
c. If we receive your written cancellation AFTER the official check-in
date, you will be refunded all fees paid less the pro-rated rent charge
for the number of days after the check-in date the cancellation is received.
