Even though
the priority deadline for Fall 2008 applications was April 15, we still
have a limited number of spaces available, so it's not too late to
apply. Please be aware, however, that the only spaces left are in
our two- or three-bedroom double occupancy apartments.

We are pleased
to announce that as of Fall 2008, University Housing will be featuring
an International Building. This building will be open to
ALL students (domestic or international) who are interested in learning
about other cultures.
***
Priority application deadlines for Housing occupancy periods:
- Summer 2008:
March 15, 2008.
-
Fall
2008: April 15, 2008.
-
Spring 2009: November 15, 2008.
Applications received after the
above-noted priority deadlines will be placed on a waiting list.
Please make sure to apply
early as space in Housing is very limited.
Three-bedroom
single and one-bedroom double occupancy spaces are very scarce and rarely
available to new residents. Applying by the priority deadline
will improve your chances, but will not guarantee you a space in
a three-bedroom single or one-bedroom double.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective January 1, 2007,
all University Housing applicants are required to pay a $30
non-refundable Application Fee at the time they submit their
application. Applications received without the $30 Application Fee
will NOT be processed.
Waiting list status: Please be aware that if you are
on the waiting list for a particular semester, your application is NOT
automatically forwarded to the next semester; i.e., if you are on the
waiting list for Spring 2008, your application will not be carried over
to Summer 2008 or Fall 2008 automatically. If you want Housing for
Summer 2008 or
Fall 2008, you
must submit a new application.
$30
Application Fee payment: If you previously paid the $30
Application Fee and were NOT offered a space in Housing for the semester
you'd originally applied for, then you may carry that fee over for one (1)
semester only.
