Compliance Trainings for CSU Employees
The CSU requires employees to take certain courses to comply with state and university requirements. Those requirements are driven by federal or state law or CSU policy. Some requirement trainings include but are not limited to: 
  • Data Security and FERPA
  • Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Prevention
  • Gender Equity and Title IX
  • Injury and Illness Prevention

Academic Impressions Membership

California State University, Dominguez Hills has recently partnered with Academic Impressions, to provide all staff, faculty, and administrators with membership access to a host of training resources such as, on-demand webcasts, self-paced courses, live or virtual conferences. Topic areas range from skills-based trainings for professionals in all areas of higher ed, to leadership trainings on topics such as supervision, personal effectiveness, and diversity, equity & inclusion, and more.
