Management and employees in Unit 3, 4 & 8 who are appointed half
time or more on an appointment to exceed six months will automatically
be enrolled in an employer-paid group term life insurance plan through
TransAmerica Occidental Life Companies. Amounts of coverage vary by unit.
The monthly premium for Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
(AD&D) coverage is fully employer paid.
