TAPP provides for the contribution an employee makes towards his/her medical plan premium to be deducted from your salary before taxes are calculated and deducted. Taxes will no longer be paid on the premium. You are eligible to participate in TAPP if you are an active CSU employee, enrolled in a PERS health plan. Enrollment is automatic unless employees do not wish to participate. Cancellation of TAPP can only be requested for permitted family status changes or during open enrollment.
