Meet Steven Sanchez

Steve Sanchez joined the IT Help Desk staff on November 1. Steve is an IT consultant providing desktop support to the campus. After earning a B.S., Computer Information Systems, at Cal State LA and A+ certification, Steve went to work for the City of Los Angeles, Community Development Department, Systems Division. Thereafter, Steve worked as an IT consultant for the Lowell School District in Whittier, supporting seven elementary schools.

Steve was born and raised about two miles north of USC. He’s very family-oriented, after growing up in a close knit family of three boys and one girl. He’s been married a year and a half, saying it’s “always fun.” He lists his hobbies as computers and drumming. (He was a marching band drummer at Cathedral High School.)

So far Steve loves CSUDH, finding it to be a very welcoming environment.
