Instructional Computing, Network and Telecommunications Services (ICNTS) is comprised of four units:

• Network Applications (including e-mail services)
• Network Services (Campus Backbone Network)
• Telephone Services
• Instructional Computing Labs

The unit's services include, but are not limited to:

• High-speed scientific and research computing; the staff built and support the largest cluster of computers among the 23 CSU campuses for science programs and for scientific research
• Student computing services and student computer labs
• Academic and business computing software license management;
• Consulting services on the management of faculty and staff computers and servers;
• Information security monitoring and information security disaster response;
• Wired and wireless network services and management;
• University e-mail and work-flow services and management;
• Telephone services;
• Unified messaging services;
• Voice mail services; and
• University directory services.
