Network, Telecommunications Services, and Help Desk (NTSHD) is comprised of four units:

The unit's services include, but are not limited to:

  • Help desk services;
  • High-speed scientific and research computing; the staff built and support the largest cluster of computers among the 23 CSU campuses for science programs and for scientific research;
  • Academic and business computing software license management;
  • Consulting services on the management of faculty and staff computers and servers;
  • Information security monitoring and information security disaster response;
  • Wired and wireless network services and management;
  • University e-mail and work-flow services and management;
  • Telephone services;
  • Unified messaging services;
  • Voice mail services; and
  • University directory services.
