Charges
Installation and activation costs are one-time only service charges.
- To "activate" a jack means there is already a voice jack in place; however, it doesn't have a port assigned to it.
- To "install" a jack means there is no current jack where one is needed and it is necessary to put in a jack, pull wires through walls and/or ceilings to connect to the jack, and then activate the jack.
Charges:
- Jack activation : $90 (plus cost of the telephone instrument)
- Jack installation : $270
Types of Installations and Costs
- Move (swap)
- $85 - first move
- $55 - 2nd-5th
- $35 - 6th move or more
- Add/Change: $10/change up to $30 per instrument
- New Extensions: $30 per new extension (one-time fee)
- Note: Auxiliary units are charged $17/month for each voice line, plus usage.
- New ACD Extensions: $50
- Note: Auxiliary units are charged $17/month for each voice line, plus usage.
- New CCT/Voice Mail Tree: $75
- $10 for each modification to the tree
- New Voice Mailbox: $10
- Note: Auxiliary units are charged $7/month for each voice mailbox.
- Telephone Upgrade: $10 plus cost of instrument, if applicable
- This covers software change and database update.
- This is charged whether you've purchased a phone from Telephone Services or if you already had an extra one in stock.
- Voice Mail: $10 per new voice mail (one-time fee), $7 a month recurring cost for auxiliary units
