Information Security Training

The Offices of Academic Affairs Personnel Services, Human Resources Management, and Information Technology invite you to the 2008 edition of CSUDH information security training:

Topic Location Day Time
Protect Yourself! Claudia Hampton Hall (WH 165) Wednesday, April 23 3-4 p.m.
WH 139 Thursday, April 24 12-1 p.m.
Claudia Hampton Hall (WH 165) Monday, April 28 9-10 a.m.
Claudia Hampton Hall (WH 165) Tuesday, April 29 4-5 p.m.

The 2007 training focused on Presidential Memorandum (PM) 2007-02 (issued February 5, 2007), which addressed CSUDH computing resources and the responsibility for every member of the campus community to ensure that data is kept confidential, reliable, and available, and that the integrity of the campus computing resources is not jeopardized. In 2008, we switch the focus to the most important personal information we want to protect: our own!

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Come to one of the four listed sessions.

CSUDH faculty, students, and staff are welcome at this free seminar. Questions? E-mail Human Resources Management or Dr. Ron Bergmann.
