Test Scoring

Test scoring services (for CSUDH faculty) begin and end in the Operations office, accessible through WH 380:

1. Pick up blank test scoring forms (called "Socrates forms") in the Operations office.
2. Administer the test to your students.
3. Bring your students' completed Socrates forms to the Operations office. Include an answer key on a separate form.
4. Complete the test scoring request form at the office.
5. Tests will be scored and reports generated for your pick up within 24 hours.
