Enable Popups in MS Internet Explorer

A "popup" is a new window that comes up on top of the calling window. By default, MS Internet Explorer (IE) disallows popup windows. Enabling popups requires an IE setting.

1. Open IE's Tools menu:

   

2. Click Internet Options..., then the Privacy tab to see:

   

3. If you want to retain most blocking, you can still indicate that you'll accept popups from selected Internet domains:

   

4. After entering the address of the enabled Web site, click the Add button, then click Close.
5. Click OK to leave IE's Internet Options feature.
