Glen Colflesh is responsible for hardware and software in Information Technology's computer labs. Report lab problems to Glen.

All hardware/software installation in the labs is done through Glen. If you have licensed software that must be installed in a lab for a specific class meeting, the software must be in Glen's hands at least four weeks in advance of the class. (That is, allow four weeks for a straightforward installation. Add more time for every complication.) Unlicensed software will not be installed.
