Call (310) 243-3800 and give the telephone number, location, port# (accessed by dialing # *119), your name, department, and the nature of the problem. Alternately, report a problem via the online IT HelpWeb.

New Service Requests

Submit your request for new service at the online IT HelpWeb. The office of Telephone Services is responsible for reviewing and approving telephone service requests. Please allow two weeks for processing.
