Changing your recorded greetings and name prompt
- Dial into the system.
- Press 4 for Options Menu.
- Press 1 for Record Prompts (listen to or recorded greetings).
- Press 1 to Record Personal Greeting.
- Press 2 to Record Customized (Optional) Greeting.
- Press 3 to go back to locations calendar (identifies which greeting is playing) .
- Press 8 to record Busy Greeting.
- Press 9 to record Name Greeting.
- Press * to listen to options again.
