Instructional Computing, Network and Telecommunications Services
Instructional Computing, Network and Telecommunications Services (ICNTS) is comprised of four units:
The unit's services include, but are not limited to:
- High-speed scientific and research computing; the staff built and support the largest cluster of computers among the 23 CSU campuses for science programs and for scientific research;
- Student computing services and student computer labs;
- Academic and business computing software license management;
- Consulting services on the management of faculty and staff computers and servers;
- Information security monitoring and information security disaster response;
- Wired and wireless network services and management;
- University e-mail and work-flow services and management;
- Telephone services;
- Unified messaging services;
- Voice mail services; and
- University directory services.
