Membership shall be open
to all CSUDH Latino faculty and staff. |

All other interested parties
are welcome. |

Rights |

Entitled to vote on all
Association matters. |

May hold office. |
|
3.
|
May chair and serve on
committees. |

Voting Privileges |

Limited to dues paying
members. |

2.

Proxy vote - shall be
used only when prior written notice
is given |

by the individual to the
Vice President prior to the vote. |
| Section 4 |
Dues |

Dues shall consist of
an amount to be determined annually

the members. |

2.
|
Dues shall be payable
on the first Wednesday of September. |
