F.A.Q.
1. Who can make reservations?
Student orgs., off-campus community members, university departments, and ASI.
2. How do I plan an event?
Fill out event planner form, email, call in, or walk in.
3. What spaces are reservable?
Palm court yard, Ballroom A,B,C separately or combined, Meeting rooms, Terrace Top, East Walkway, and North Lawn.
4. How do I reserve space(s) other than those listed above?

5. Am I able to bring food from outside?
You would have to first fill out a catering exception form to request. If you are an off-campus community member, you must use DH Catering.
