READ THIS BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE FILE: This Excel program contains complete instructions for its use. It is assumed that users have a basic knowledge of computer skills, and have Microsoft Excel installed on their computer. In order to make it easy to use even for peoople with little or no experience with Microsoft Excel, we have installed some VBA programs that will
automate many tasks. In order to run these, you will need to do the following before opening up this file:
Step 1: Open up Microsoft Excel (by itself as a new file, or any old file that you have on hand).
Step 2: On the "Tools" menu item (on the top of the Excel sheet), select the "Macro" item, and then the "Security" sub item.
Step 3: Reset the radio selection button to "Medium". Click OK, and close the Excel Program.
Step 4: Now open "GradingComparisons" Excel worksheet. You will be asked by a pop-up window if whether you want to "Enable Macros." Click on the button to do this. (By the way, this step will be required each time any Excel file with macros is opened up; the other steps need only be done once per computer.)
