We will study many different types of functions in this courses: Linear,
Quadratic, Polynomial functions, Rational functions, Exponentials and Logs,
Trigonometric Functions and their inverses. This roughly corresponds to
Chapter 2.1--5, 3.1, 3.2--4, 4.1, 5.1--7, 6.2--6.4 of the
textbook. Test:
