Eligibility
- Students must be either Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors (with one year remaining at CSUDH).
- Students must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Students must fall into one of two categories to qualify for the McNair Scholars Program. You must be either a:
- A first generation college student who is low-income (as determined by the federal low-income guidelines).
or - Member of a group under-represented in graduate study (African-American, Hispanic, Native American, or Pacific Islander)
- A first generation college student who is low-income (as determined by the federal low-income guidelines).
