What do I do if the student e-mail system tells me my username/password pair is invalid or that I have an "authentication failure"? E-mail or telephone the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@csudh.edu or (310) 243-2500.

Can you log in and read mail but you can't compose or reply to mail? Read popup problems.

How can I be over quota? My Inbox is empty!
