Q: What is toroMail?
A: toroMail [known for a short time as MyMail] is a reliable e-mail service for CSUDH students. We call it toroMail. The software manufacturer calls it Mirapoint Message Server. toroMail replaces a product called Luminis, which replaced a product called Campus Pipeline. To avoid confusion, we retained the domain name cp.csudh.edu for e-mail addresses. Log into http://toromail.csudh.edu to access your e-mail. Q: How much space do I have in toroMail?
A: You have space to store up to 20 megabytes (Mb) worth of e-mail messages in toroMail.

Q: Why can't I send/receive mail? My inbox is empty!
A: Even if your inbox is empty, you may be accumulating mail in the Sent or Deleted folders. Mail saved there counts in the mailbox limit of 20 Mb [above].

Q: What should my SMTP server setting be?
A: SMTP access to the e-mail system is not supported. Please use the Web mail at http://toromail.csudh.edu instead
