Capstone (Culminating Event) Requirement
1.
BEH 597 (3 units) is the capstone course for those electing to
take the comprehensive examination as their culminating event.
2.
The revised degree required core curriculum consists of BEH 504,
507, 508, 522, 525, and 527. If a thesis or project is elected
as the culminating event, then BEH 598 and 599 will be required
(but together may not exceed a total of 6 units). If the comprehensive
examination is elected as the culminating event, BEH 598 and 599
will not be required but 597 will be substituted. After calculating
these adjustments, any remaining units required to reach 30 may
be satisfied by electives from the available courses set forth
in section B above.

it may be taken as an elective)
