Time Zone Edit Tool for Windows 2000
The purpose of this tool is to Run TZedit.exe, located in P:\Software_Installs\DST\tzedit
There is no DST patch for Windows 2000. New DST must be
configured manually using this tool.
Copy the folder to your computer and run tzedit.exe
This is the first window. Make sure that Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana is selected.
Then Click on the Edit button.

Make sure that the Time Zone Name, Abbreviation and Offset from GMT settings match.
Make sure that Automatically set Daylight Saving Time is checked.

Click on the drop down arrows for Start Day: and change to First to Second, leave Sunday alone,
Change April to March, leave the time alone.
Click on the drop down arrows for Last Day: and change Last to First, leave Sunday alone,
Change October to November, leave the time alone.
Everything should match the screenshot below, then click OK

You must do the following steps in order for the changes you just made to take effect.
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Date/Time

When the Date/Time Properties window appears, click on the Time Zone tab.
Make sure that Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana is selected.

Select another time zone and click the Apply button.

Go back and select Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana again and click OK.
The new settings are now in effect.
