California State University Dominguez Hills Orthotic and Prosthetic Program is participating in the Orthotic and Prosthetic Common Application System (OPCAS).  This application will be opened on October 15, 2012 and will stay open until our deadline of January 31, 2013.

OPCAS will require submission of the following items:

• Application essay
• Three letters of recommendation
• Official transcripts from all colleges attended
• Verification of Observation/Volunteer hours.
• TOEFL scores for International applicants

In addition to the OPCAS, applicants for CSUDH will need to fill out the Graduate Application through the CSU Mentor site.  This will include official transcript submission to the Admissions Department at CSUDH.

Please note that even though classes will begin in Summer 2013, you are formally applying for the Fall 2012 Masters in Health Science – Orthotics and Prosthetics.
