Social Tennis for Seniors
Join Donald Means, OLLI Member, in this introductory tennis class. An added feature this term is light weight training followed by the basics of tennis, including basic grip, serve, forehand, backhand, volleys, and doubles play. There will be a light level of physical activity. Weight training will be held in the Field House Weight Room across from the tennis courts. Please bring a tennis racket, tennis shoes, and a small towel. This class meets for 6 sessions by the tennis courts, which will remain available an additional three weeks on Tuesdays for practice.
