Acted as interim Senior/Lead Engineer 2009-2012 pending permanent District Manager appointment.

Bio-Environmental Health Technician – Military counter-part to OSHA, EPA, and Health Dept. relative to application of codes and regulations. Was assigned to Mobile Air Transportable Hospital; was member of Biological, Chemical and Nuclear response team and Base Shelter Manager.
