Required Prerequisite: All participants must have completed the Trainer Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry (OSHA 501) or have equivalent knowledge of the OSH Act, procedures and standards.

• Breather air quality
• Maintenance and care of respirators
• Selection of respirators

Prerequisites:

• 21(D) State Consultants: #1500 Basic Onsite Consultation program
• Other Federal Agency or Department personnel: Course #6000 or #6010
• Private Sector and Other Non-Federal Government personnel: Course #511
