OSHA 7505 (40 hr) Accident/Mishap Investigation Utilizing the Human Factors Analysis & Classification System (HFACS) and Standard Data (Common Language for all Mishaps) IAW DoDI 6055.07 June 6, 2011 (OSX 971)

This course will provide the knowledge, practical skills, and tools to conduct accident and incident investigations. Topics in this interactive course will include needs and responsibilities for investigation, preparation and planning, witness interviewing and qualifying, photographing and diagramming of accident scenes, analytical techniques, report writing, and legal aspects. Human and environmental factors and their interaction with the investigation will also be covered in this course.
