Registration for CSUDH OSHA Education Courses
If this is your first class taken through
CSUDH you must register by phone at (310) 243-2425,
or you may submit the registration
form and then call with payment via credit card or print
out and send in the registration form with a check. All subsequent
courses may be registered and paid for using the Internet
once you have been assigned your student i.d. number. The
registration office is open M – Th (8am – 8pm),
F (8-5pm) and Sat ( 8–1:30pm). Registration via the
Internet is available 24/7.
If you have previously registered
for a class through CSUDH you may register online
by going to www.csudh.edu
and following the quick links at the top right hand corner
of the page to "My CSUDH." If you have forgotten
your password or student i.d. please send an e-mail to helpdesk@csudh.edu…please
include your first and last name, phone number, address, and
date of birth in your e-mail.
If you have previously registered for
a class through CSUDH but wish to register by phone or mail
you may do so by following the instructions for first time
students.
If paying for a class using a purchase
order or company letter of authorization fax your
company’s P.O to (310) 516-3753 attention OSHA Registration
before registering. After you fax the document
please call the registration office at (310) 243-2425 to complete
the registration process.
INTRODUCTORY TUITION DISCOUNTS
– A discount of 10% for open-enrollment CSUDH OSHA Education
Center classes (there is no discount for U.C. San Diego (UCSD)
courses offered at CSUDH) is available for the following organizations.
This discount is available for Dominguez Hills Education Center
courses held through the end of 2009.
• Current Members of the American Society of Safety
Engineers (ASSE)
-- You will need to fax in a copy of your current membership
card at the time of registration or a letter from your Chapter
to (310) 516-3753 within 24 hours of registering .
• Current Members of the American Industrial Hygiene
Association (AIHA)
-- You will need to fax in a copy of your current membership
card at the time of registration or a letter from your Chapter
President to (310) 516-3753 within 24 hours of registering.
• Current Members of the California Society for Safety
and Security Professionals (CSSSP)
-- You will need to fax in a copy of your current membership
card or a letter from your Chapter President to (310) 516-3753
within 24 hours of registering.
GROUPS OF 5 or more….
Single check registrations for five or more students representing
the same organization should first contact Jason Vogel, Director
of the Center for Training and Development prior to registering.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR OSHA 500,
501, 5400 and 5600 Train-the-Trainer Course Participants.
Please note the prerequisites required for each of these courses.
The prerequisites can be found in the course descriptions.
On the first day of class you will be asked to sign an eligibility
statement confirming you meet these prerequisites. If you
